Keslie Mack is a Reiki Master Instructor, Hypnotherapist, and coach in the Monterey Bay area. ​After the birth of her third child and a personal health crisis, Keslie healed herself of crippling and chronic back pain. She is dedicated to helping women learn to interpret their bodies signals and messages to unfold their individual healing solution. 

​There are numerous healing modalities available today; choosing the right one for you can be challenging. Many systems and programs don't take into account that each of us has unique emotional and physical needs. Keslie helps you customize and design the right program to break through health challenges and achieve personal goals. Keslie's strategies help people feel great in their bodies, experience more peace of mind, and joy in their hearts.
